We deliver across South Africa with care. Here's what to expect when you order from Kavrah Scents.
Delivery Costs
Free delivery on all orders over R750. A flat rate of R89 applies to orders below this threshold.
Processing Time
Orders are processed and dispatched within 1 to 2 business days of receipt of payment. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Delivery Timeframes
Once dispatched, standard delivery takes 2 to 5 business days, depending on your location:
- Major centres (Johannesburg, Cape Town, Durban, Pretoria) — 2 to 3 business days
- Regional centres and towns — 3 to 5 business days
- Outlying and rural areas — 5 to 7 business days
Tracking
You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order has been dispatched, so you can follow its journey to your door.
International Shipping
We currently deliver within South Africa only. International shipping is on our roadmap.
Damaged or Lost Parcels
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photographs and we'll arrange a replacement or refund. For lost parcels, get in touch and we'll trace it with our courier partner.
