Delivery Costs

Free delivery on orders of R750 or more. A flat rate of R99 applies to orders below R750.

Processing Time

Orders are processed and dispatched within 1 to 2 business days of receipt of payment. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Once dispatched, standard delivery takes 2 to 5 business days, depending on your location:

Major centres (Johannesburg, Cape Town, Durban, Pretoria) — 2 to 3 business days
Regional centres and towns — 3 to 5 business days
Outlying and rural areas — 5 to 7 business days

We currently deliver within South Africa only. International shipping is on our roadmap.

Damaged or Lost Parcels

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photographs and we'll arrange a replacement or refund. For lost parcels, get in touch and we'll trace it with our courier partner.

Returns: You can return an order within 7 days of delivery if it is unopened and in its sealed original packaging. We cannot accept opened boxes. Bundles must be returned complete. Delivery and return postage are not refunded for change-of-mind returns.
